My name is Emilia and I want to live my life to its full potential! I also want to live by my rules! My family is everything to me and I want to be of service to them for a very long time. I have been passionate about health, a holistic approach in particular, for about 10 years now. It all started off with my own physical and mental health challenges, which weren’t solved or fixed by pharmaceutical drugs. That was the time, when I first started questioning pharmaceutical drugs and a conventional medicine.
Since then, step after step, I have been transforming mine and my family’s lifestyle and our health significantly improved. I made a little blog post about my journey, but it is still not the whole story. Our health journey alike our personal development and healing is an ongoing process and never a destination. I might share some more in the next blogs.
Who am I?
My professional background is mental health and I have been working as a Support Worker in Mental Health Hospital in Blackpool since 2015. I also hold a degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, but it never felt like that’s a journey I should fully commit to. Mental Health is just one piece of a jigsaw. To live a healthy and happy life and to have a great mental health we need a few more pieces that create an extraordinary wholeness.
To be able to help people achieve their mental health and physical goals I decided to go the holistic route.
I am now a licencesed Holistic Lifestyle Coach Level 1 and I’m working towards my Level 2 qualifications. I also have my Level 3 qualifications in Personal Training and I work in one of the Blackpool’s Gyms (Lancashire). I design face to face, online and combined training programmes and I offer online and face to face holistic lifestyle coaching sessions. My face to face coaching takes place in Ulverston, Cumbria. I absolutely love that little beautiful town.
